Seduris Wealth SA is the trade name under which asset management and investment advisory activities will be carried out by Del Mar Research GmbH, a Swiss entity currently licensed and supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) as a Portfolio Manager pursuant to the Swiss Financial Institutions Act (FinIA).

 

Del Mar Research GmbH is in the process of completing a formal name change to Seduris Wealth SA and has submitted a revised business plan to FINMA for approval. Upon completion of this regulatory transition, all regulated activities and client relationships will continue seamlessly under the new identity.
